Russian Defense Minister Belousov displayed a graph claiming Russia had damaged 70% of Ukraine’s power plants and 37% of its hydroelectric plants. Russia had previously claimed it was only targeting military sites in Ukraine, but now doesn’t even bother to lie anymore.
