A bail of ₴4.2 million ($99,549) was posted for Roman Dudin, the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv Oblast. However, upon leaving the detention center, he was detained on new charges, Suspilne Kharkiv reportes, citing Dudin's lawyer, Oleksandr Kozhevnikov.
