Denis Nikitin is alive and well, he and GUR chief Kyrylo Budanov announce in a video. In a Babchenko-esque operation, they say they faked the RDK commander’s death as part of a special operation to expose a Russian assassination plot. They claim they tricked the Russians into believing the deception was successful.
