President Zelensky has offered Kyrylo Budanov, chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, to become his new chief of staff after Andriy Yermak was sacked last year.
If approved, Budanov’s appointment will symbolize Ukraine’s concentrating its effort on all things military.
