The Armed Forces of Ukraine, in order to disrupt the provision of fuel and lubricants to units of the UVD (c) Dnipro, carried out fire damage to rolling stock (consignment) with PPM on the loading rack of the oil depot “Gvardijske” in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea.
