Russia fires Oreshnik missile near NATO border with dummy warheads

Russia has fired its Oreshnik missile at Ukraine again. Now near NATO’s border. Damage is unclear. Ukraine says the warheads were dummies — Reuters. After the first Oreshnik strike in Nov. 2024, experts said it used old ICBM technology, not a breakthrough.
