On Monday, Russia attacked two ships in the Black Sea: one flying the Panamanian flag and the other flying the San Marino flag. One crew member was injured as a result of the attack, according to Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration Oleksii Kuleba & regional governor Oleh Kiper.
