During 2025, the personnel losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decreased by 13%, announced the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi. According to him, this was achieved thanks to increased effectiveness of combat operations and changes in tactics.
