Former Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak and former Defense Minister Rustem Umerov are not suspects in the Mindich case, NABU Director Semen Kryvonos said. The investigation is within the 12-month procedural limit, NABU Detective Oleksandr Abakumov added.
