Ukraine and France are negotiating the transfer of additional Mirage 2000-5 fighter aircraft to the Ukrainian Air Force, as well as missiles for the French SAMP/T and Crotale surface-to-air missile systems — Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
