Now that the so-called US-Ukraine security agreement is ready to be signed, the US side has suddenly stated it would not be implemented unless Ukraine signs a peace agreement with Russian terrorists. Ukraine is ready to sign an agreement requiring Russia to withdraw from all Ukrainian territory.
