Ukraine’s central bank cuts interest rate to 15%

Ukraine's central bank cuts its key interest rate for the first time since the invasion. The National Bank lowered from 15.5% to 15%—now below Russia's 16%. Inflation fell to 8%. But 5.3 million Ukrainians are still abroad, and that's part of why prices cooled.
