Russian sabotage groups totaling 40-50 troops remain active in the city of Kupyansk in Ukraine’s Kharkiv Oblast, where Ukrainian forces are conducting counter-sabotage operations and inflicting constant losses on the enemy, army chief Oleksandr Syrskyi said.
