According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian forces struck the oil refinery in Ukhta (Komi Republic, Russian Federation), located approximately 1,750 km from the Ukrainian border. According to preliminary information, a fire broke out at the AVT.
