Between February 17–19, strikes on energy facilities in Russia were recorded. HIMARS missiles hit the Michurinskaya CHP (thermal power plant), the Frunzenskaya substation, the Belgorod CHP, and a 330 kV substation in Belgorod, resulting in damage to equipment and disruption of power supply.
