Ukrainian cash collectors were held in handcuffs for 28 hours, forcibly injected with medications, and forced to speak Russian after being detained in Hungary, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ukrainians were transported with their eyes blindfolded, and their phones and personal belongings were confiscated.
