Russian forces struck the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv with a drone, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported. The Russian UAV was spotted on the outskirts of the city. So far, one fatality has been reported—a 54-year-old man. At least two people have sought medical attention.
