Rolling blackouts will be in effect in Ukraine today. The restrictions were imposed at Ukrenergo's direction, according to DTEK. Power restriction schedules for industry are expected to be implemented in all regions of Ukraine from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Ukrenergo reported.
