Ukraine’s General Staff updated the results of the March 26 strike on Russia’s Kirishi refinery in Leningrad region. It says key units were damaged, including ELOU-AVT-2 and ELOU-AVT-6, plus bitumen production, hydrotreating and gas fractionation.
