Ukrainian Defense Forces strikes on the Leningrad Region and Yaroslavl Oil Refinery have reduced Russia's oil exports by 2.5 million barrels per day, according to the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Magyar. The Commander states that Russia now has only about one [refinery] operational.
