A Ukrainian drone crashed on Finnish soil this week. Helsinki accepted Ukraine's apology – then said Kyiv can keep striking whatever targets it chooses inside Russia. Finland is now fast-tracking counter-drone defenses. Asking Ukraine to scale back is not on the table.
