Panama-flagged bulk carrier Hui Yuan, linked to Russia’s shadow fleet, was detained in Sweden after being caught dumping coal waste into the Baltic Sea. The vessel, sailing from Russia to Las Palmas, was intercepted and boarded south of Ystad by the Swedish Coast Guard.
