Sweden has detained another Russian "shadow fleet" vessel in the Baltic Sea over suspected environmental violations. The bulk carrier Hui Yuan, sailing from Ust-Luga to Las Palmas under a Panamanian flag, is accused of dumping coal waste into the sea.
