Ukrainian Special Operations Forces struck the infrastructure of the Rosneft oil transshipment terminal in Tuapse. As a result of the strike, equipment for oil loading, pipelines, and storage tanks were damaged at the port complex on the Black Sea, causing a powerful fire.
