Fires are raging at the Novokuibyshevsky and Syzran oil refineries in the Samara region of the Russian Federation, at the RPK-Vysotsk Lukoil-2 oil loading terminal in the Leningrad region, and at the Tikhoretsk oil pumping station in the Krasnodar Krai.
