Two Russian Rosneft oil refineries — Tuapse and Novokuibyshevsk — have halted operations following strikes by Ukrainian drones. The Tuapse refinery stopped on April 16 due to damage to the port and storage tanks, while the Novokuibyshevsk refinery ceased operations on April 18.
