Prince Harry addressed Putin from the Kyiv Security Forum stage on 23 April: "there is still a moment to stop this war." The Duke arrived in Kyiv unannounced, met wounded Ukrainian defenders, and called the war one of "values, sovereignty, principles of democracy."
