This is the second Ukrainian strike on a Crimea-based Iskander depot in 2026. On Feb 17, SOF drones destroyed another Iskander storage site and a "Rubikon" remote piloting point in Pasichne. The campaign cuts Russian strike capacity at the source. 4X
