Vasyl Huliayev, the 62-year-old mayor of Chornomorsk in Odesa Oblast, has announced his enlistment in the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a video address. 'Today is a special day for me. I have decided to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Believe me, this is my personal decision,' Huliayev stated.
