The US State Department has approved a potential $373.6 mn sale of 1,532 JDAM-ER kits to Ukraine — 1,200 KMU-572 and 332 KMU-556 conversion kits, plus FMU-139 fuzes and Boeing-led technical support. The kits turn unguided bombs into precision weapons with a 72-km range.
