Ukraine accuses Russia of deporting children; ICC issues arrest warrants

Ukraine has accused Moscow of deporting thousands of children. A UN commission identified 1,200 cases of children taken from Ukrainian territory in 2022. The ICC issued an arrest warrant for Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova in 2023 for these abductions. 5/
