Russian forces attacked Dnipro, injuring five people, including a 34-year-old man and women aged 43, 58, 66, and 78, regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha reported. Four people were hospitalized in moderate condition. Two high-rise buildings were damaged, and a fire ensued.
