Russia's strike hit gas infrastructure and a residential area in the Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy, northeastern Ukraine. There are casualties, though the exact number and condition of those affected are still being confirmed, according to the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.
