Ukrainian drone strike causes fire at Syzran oil refinery, two dead

A fire broke out at an oil refinery in Syzran, Russia's Samara Oblast, following a Ukrainian drone strike, Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev reported, with two people allegedly killed and others injured.
