Russia’s fourth-largest refinery, Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez (NORSI), has partially suspended operations following a drone attack, Reuters reports. The refinery shut down its main crude distillation unit, CDU-6, after a Ukrainian drone attack on May 20.
