Ukrainian strikes hit Russian oil refinery

Ukraine’s General Staff reports that Defense Forces strikes on May 28–29 damaged the Volgograd Oil Refinery in Russia, which has an annual processing capacity of 14.5 million tons of oil. According to the statement, fires were recorded at the facility, including damage to primary oil processing units AVT-1.
