Northern Front: At the start of the week, there were some exchanges northwest of Kharkov, near the city of Sumy, which had been overlooked since late March. The Russians likely sought to apply pressure to tie down some Ukrainian troops. Similarly, they recaptured a few villages north of Kharkov.
