The backup power line that supplies the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant with electricity from the Ukrainian grid has been restored. This is necessary for reactor cooling and other safety functions at the occupied facility.
The 330-kilovolt backup line, connecting the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) to the Ukrainian grid via the thermal power plant's distribution point in Enerhodar, was restored on September 10. This enabled ZNPP to shut down the last operating reactor ahead of schedule on the night of September 11.
A big problem for the Russians is even if they try to reconstitute retreating units and mass a force for a counter offensive, the Ukrainians will invariably detect this and will start raining down HIMARS/M270 MLRS fire on their troop concentrations.

Fresh footage from Ukrainian forces standing at the state border with Russia. It appears to be a smaller border crossing north of Kharkiv. https://x.com/Inside_the_AFU/Inside_the_AFU/status/1569000444688490496

There were two strange things in Kherson.
Sofiivka was shelled (there is one other possible location, but I think its this one)
and Zori was shelled, which I cant find.

The usual nonsense along the Bakhmut-Donetsk front. I’m not going to list them all since it’s the same as usual. Except for the attack near Ozeryanivka, I’m pretty sure I got the name wrong.

According to the General Staff of Ukraine (GSUA), Russian forces launched attacks today at two locations: Velyki Prokhody and Sosnivka. This is surprising given reports of their withdrawal, though the information may be delayed.
