Right, back in March/April it was still possible for soldiers to simply jump into stolen cars and drive out of Ukraine. I also doubt that any rapes were ordered. But executions clearly were (I'll cover that in the next thread), and soldiers are conditioned to carry out orders.

Today Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant occupied by Russia was twice disconnected from the power lines. Two active nuclear reactors went into a safety mode. Ukraine says the 30 km area around the plant should be demilitarized. Russia is the first nuclear terrorist country.

Official: Russia shells Velyka Kostromka, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with Uragan rockets. Several residential and agricultural buildings in the village were destroyed on Aug. 25 though nobody was hurt, according to Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council.
