If that was they target, their didn't hit it. They'd hit that earlier in the war, and I'm pretty sure the Ukrainians abandoned the site now anyway. The missile landed smack bang in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, nowhere near the plant.

The 7-year-old girl injured in the Russian rocket attack in #Kyiv on June 26 is being treated in Ohmatdyt hospital. She has numerous wounds and bruises, went through surgery.
Thankfully, her life is not in danger, condition is stable.
