They are pumping supplies and reinforcements in to the area. However a few things are holding them back, one is the UA offensive in Izium, they also need to wait for the central district units in the Lyman area to resupply and recover after the Lyman area offensive.

For this to success RU forces would need a few crossings, to secure the main supply route I would pick these locations. Pontoon bridges in Pryshyb and Tetyanivka to secure the area. To secure a third crossing I think they would repair the bridge at the Sviatohirsk Cave Monastery.
