One more thought – there are generators like that at every small and large power plant and water pump facility now. So Russia is likely to target that first. We have one for our building because we had a donor. So this is less usual but I bet by the spring it will be common.

Failed Kyiv attack led to Russian unit near Izyum until counteroffensive collapse
After the the attack on Kyiv failed and Russian units withdrew, he found himself back in Ukraine near Izyum in May. It seems like he stayed in that area until around August or early September when those lines collapsed during the Ukrainian counteroffensive… (/8)
