Russia’s conscript cycle threatens force regeneration in Ukraine war
A few weeks ago, I mentioned on @cnn that 1 April is “new conscript day” in RU. 30 April is when 1 cohort of serving conscripts is released (don’t know what those #’s). Many are in UKR now. If new draftees don’t go, RU is about to have a force regeneration issue.
