Russia is destroying electricity infrastructure in Ukraine. At least five regions have local blackouts today. This is a retaliation for the successful offense in Kharkiv oblast. It is also a sign of desperation. We will restore the grid. We will kick them out from Ukraine.

Water is also out in parts of Kharkiv. Electricity is out in Kramatorsk and reportedly Poltava as well (possibly connected to Kharkiv strikes). Russia is taking out civilian infrastructure in response to recent losses.
