In today's attacks Russia's been deliberately hitting combined heat and power plants across the country, so that Ukrainians have no electricity and no water during the winter. CHPP infrastructure targeted in at least 11 regions – from Lviv to Zaporizhzhia, to Kharkiv, to Dnipro.

Those who have dealt with terrorists understand that negotiations are impossible. I have observed multiple negotiations with Russians during my time in govt positions. They bombed our cities even during and after negotiations. Negotiations won’t stop Russian bombings. Sad reality
