The death toll in Kramatorsk appears to be rising. Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) spokesperson Artem Dekhtiarenko wrote on Facebook that 39 people, including four children, were killed. State railway company board chairman Kamyshin confirmed in an update on Telegram that at least two children were killed.
