Death toll in Kramatorsk appears to be rising. Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) spox Artem Dekhtiarenko wrote on Facebook 39 people killed including four children. State railway company board chairman Kamyshin confirmed in an update on Telegram at least two children killed.
