Ten water wells have been drilled at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant to provide cooling for the shutdown reactors after the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant in June, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said in a statement.
