Russians lack precision weapons, cannot hit rear targets
Same deal basically. The Russians lack precision weapons and don't seem to be able to hit small targets a long distance from the front lines. All the videos I've seen of them hitting tanks etc have been on or near the battlefields, not the rear areas.

Tanks easily repaired and moved by train, resilient to Russian attacks on fixed targets.
The tanks can be repaired in widely dispersed places (most vehicle repair shops should be able to cope) and then put back on trains to take to the battlefields. The Russians can hit any *fixed* target but they've shown no ability so far to hit small mobile targets at range.
